For those of you who haven't heard, the Steeler's plane had problems, so the Superbowl has been moved to this Sunday. (I think.) So, let us all shout "THE STEELERS ARE GOING TO THE SUPERBOWL, GO STEELERS!!!" Once again!
I am proud to announce that THE STEELERS ARE GOING TO THE SUPERBOWL!!! YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the Star Trek Next Generation crew. Left to right, Ensign Wesley Crusher, Commander Riker, behind him is Leiutenant Commander Data, then Counselor Deanna Troi, Captain Jean Luc Pricard, and behind him is Leiutenant Worf, then Doctor Beverley Crusher, then Jordi LaForge.
Okay, let me tell you aaaaaallllll about Star Trek TNG. TNG stands for "The Next Generation." It was the second Star Trek series, and most agree it was the best out of the 5. It first came out in 1993. Here's the story: This show is set far into the future. Pretty much every inch of Earth had already been explored, so there was only one place left... Space. The final frontier. Just like we train NASA astronauts now, an organization called "Star Fleet" trained people to live on a giant space ship and explore other galaxies, and meet new species of life forms. So, they built a huge space ship called the "Enterprise" with extremely advanced technology, and room for millions of crew members. Then they got a captain for the ship. Captain Jean Luc Pricard, in this series. And as he traveled through space, he discovered lots of different kinds of aliens. Some of them became part of his crew. And now Star Fleet also trains aliens to be astronauts. So, some of the crew is human, while some are aliens. And they all have some very interesting and exciting adventures. I hope I’ve covered all the important stuff. Feel free to ask any questions you might have. :)
In Elmore on New Year's eve, they did a sausage drop, and a sausage toss, and all kinds of other sausage contests. Right across the street from church! Hehehe. Sausage.
I’m not really sure how to describe myself, but I’m definitely one-of-a-kind. (Sometimes in very strange ways.) I always try to see the beauty in the world, even though I know there’s a lot of terrible stuff, too. I enjoy a lot of different styles, but mostly I’m becoming a hippie these days. I think love is pretty much the most important thing in the world, and I try to show it whenever I can. I’m a Christian/Quaker, religious cult survivor, Aspie, and gentle parenting enthusiast (even though I’m not a mom just yet.) I spend most days just hanging out with my fiancé and trying to make the world just a bit better if possible. I don’t blog here anymore, but I still enjoy reading blogs.
